Before your visit...
Prior to scheduling your first appointment, Caroline will speak with you on the phone to learn about what you are seeking in care and to answer questions you may have about the practice.
The initial evaluation is 60 to 90 minutes in length. Follow-up appointments are typically 25 or 50 minutes.
Payment is due at each session and may be made by check, cash, mastercard, visa, or discover. 24-hour notice is required for cancelations. The patient is charged for cancelations made with less than 24-hour notice as well as for missed appointments.

You can take the Release of Information form to other providers who you want to be in touch with Redstone Mental Wellness or you can bring it in when you see Caroline to let her know that you want her to speak with your other provider(s).
