Individual Psychotherapy
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, recurring one or more times weekly. Depending on what a client is seeking help with, sessions may be brief, lasting only a few weeks, or longterm. Duration of treatment can be revisited at any time.
Individual Psychotherapy with Medication Management
Please note: controlled substances such as benzodiazepines and stimulants will not be prescribed at the first visit. Sessions are typically 50 minutes.
Patient Consultations
Sessions are typically 90 minutes. Treatment includes a complete history related to the presenting concern, assessment which may or may not include labs, recommendations, and a written report sent to a referring provider.
Provider Consultations
Sessions are 50 minutes
Please note: Disability assessment is not offered and I am not in-network with Medicare/Medicaid. I am not able to accept clients who are in the process of seeking disability coverage, or intend to seek coverage, as insurance companies have been known to rescind payments to providers who do not accept Medicare/Medicaid once disability is approved and applied retroactively.

Before Your Visit…
Prior to scheduling your first appointment, Caroline will speak with you on the phone to learn about what you are seeking in care and to answer questions you may have about the practice.
The initial evaluation is 60 to 90 minutes in length with a fee of $450. Follow-up appointments are typically 25 or 50 minutes with fees starting at $260. Payment is due at each session and may be made by check, cash, or credit card. 24-hour notice is required for cancelations. The patient is charged $240 (based on scheduled service) for cancelations and missed appointments with less than 24-hour notice. See Clients page for further information.
